Your CX Story Competition

In connection with the CX Forum 2021, on June 24, 2021. Currently, the CX team is holding a Video Competition titled Your CX Story for all Telkom Group units as part of a series of activities for the Road to CX Forum 2021 Journey (Part III).

This Video Competition is for all Customer Facing Units (CFU) to participate in and aims as an internal evaluation process for the ongoing CX implementation, providing motivation and appreciation for implementing the CX program in work units as learning for future CX initiatives.

The conditions for this competition include:

• Video content regarding the implementation of CX in each unit
• The winning criteria include creativity, theme suitability, results, and video quality
• Max duration 3 minutes (max size 100MB, Landscape)

This competition is open and can be participated by every Telkom employee. Submit “Your CX Story” and win a cash prize with a nominal value of:

• 1st place: Rp. 10,000,000.00
• 2nd Place: Rp. 7,500,000,000.00
• 3rd Place: Rp. 5,000,000.00
• Favorite Champion: Rp. 4,500,000.00
